Payment Terms
• Full payment is required prior to the release and dispatch of goods.
• Items are assigned on a first-payment basis.
• Same-day delivery is available for cleared funds only.
• Payments are accepted via business bank transfer or POS (debit/credit card).
Pre-Order & Special Orders
• All items are considered pre-order unless stated otherwise.
• Special or custom orders, including selected fabrics, colors, bedding, linens, and electrical items, are non-refundable.
• Pre-order items may only be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation and are subject to a 40% deduction.
Returns & Exchanges
• Exchanges are considered within 24 hours of delivery for eligible items only.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns.
• Sale, clearance, custom, and special-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Cancellations
• Orders cancelled after shipment will incur a 40% deduction in addition to applicable shipping and handling costs.
Product Information
• Product colors, finishes, fabrics, and dimensions may vary slightly depending on supplier availability and screen display settings.
• HER SALON ESSENTIALS JA reserves the right to update product specifications, pricing, and availability without prior notice.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that accurate contact, delivery, and order information is provided at the time of purchase.
• Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or additional charges.
